Role Description:

As an HR Associate at HSPL, you will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from hiring to separation.our ideal candidate should have experience in handling HR-related tasks and should be familiar with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
• Preparing and presenting HR-related reports.
• Managing employees onboarding and separation processes.
