Job Description
- Responsible for driving the topline Business .
- Develop and manage the business relationships with targeted consultants focusing on promotion of HCG hospital services.
- Explore and Identify new potential territories to expand business in respective geography
- Co-ordination with the corporate marketing team and sales leadership team to develop the sales strategy for the hospital to achieve the revenue targets
- Conceptualize new initiatives for increasing sales.
- Conduct marketing activities like CMEs, dinner meets, one to one field visits with consultants.
- Work closely with consultants of HCG hospital and team members to arrange value added Health talks , workshops, patient interaction.
- Co-ordination with the branding team for all marketing and branding activities. Provide inputs to the corporate sales team to further enhance the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Establish good rapport with internal and external stake holders
- Maintain up-to-date database on sales and marketing activities.
- Competition mapping of Healthcare Institutions in the geography.
