Assistant Manager - Training

KPI :

• Implement engaging training programs for new and existing staff, focusing on product knowledge, skincare routines, makeup application techniques, and customer service.
• Create training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia presentations.
• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for staff across multiple store locations.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to ensure staff can confidently promote and apply products
• Stay updated on the latest cosmetic and skincare trends, products, and techniques
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products offered in the store, including their benefits, ingredients, and usage
• Coach and mentor sales staff on effective selling techniques and customer engagement
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through Learning Audits, feedback, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products, including trends and application techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to design engaging and effective training materials.
• Proficient in using technology for virtual training sessions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS office and related content development tools.
