We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our edutech products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centric educational solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

- Collaborate with development team, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop and launch new products and features.

- Prioritize product features and requirements based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

- Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

- Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product offerings.

- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize user experience and growth.

- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the edutech sector.

- Strong understanding of the Indian education market and technology trends.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to release.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

- Proficiency in using product management tools and software.
