🎯What skills do you need?.
5+ years experience in CRM, retention and engagement marketing roles within fast-growing B2C consumer tech companies (e-commerce, OTAs, etc.).
Creative problem-solving skills, including working within tight budgets.
Strong background in operational, growth marketing, and community/content strategies.
Proficiency with platforms like MoEngage, Clevertap, or WebEngage.
Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
