Job Description
Education Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- Masters degree in Business Administration or Project Management (preferred)
- Minimum of 22 years of experience in the Copper Business industry
- Demonstrated track record of successful project management and delivery
- Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional project teams
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources, to ensure successful project delivery
- Leading and directing a team of project managers, engineers, and support staff to achieve project objectives
- Overseeing the execution of all project activities, including procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover
- Monitoring and controlling project performance, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving any project-related issues
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and objectives
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Providing regular project status updates and reports to senior management and other relevant stakeholders
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the project team
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements across projects
