Job Description
Education Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- Masters degree in Engineering or Business Administration (preferred)
- 15-22 years of experience in engineering roles within the Copper Business industry
- Demonstrated experience in project management and team leadership
- Proven track record of successful implementation of engineering projects
- Lead the engineering team in developing and implementing engineering projects related to copper business
- Oversee the design and construction of new facilities and the modification of existing infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address engineering issues
- Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team
- Develop and manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement
- Identify and implement innovative engineering solutions to optimize processes and enhance efficiency
- Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in engineering technology and processes
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
