- As part of the Global Incubation and Growth (I&G) team, you will work with a diverse and international group of professionals dedicated to transforming healthcare. Let's talk about the role:

- The Growth Leader - India Market at ResMed will spearhead strategic initiatives to expand market presence, penetrate untapped healthcare sectors, and develop new verticals in the region. This role requires strategic leadership to identify and execute growth opportunities in both existing markets and emerging sectors, aligning with ResMed's vision of transforming healthcare through innovative technology and solutions for sleep, respiratory care, and connected health.

- As a player-coach, you will balance hands-on execution with strategic leadership, working either independently or with a lean, high-performing team to deliver tangible results.

- Reporting directly to the Global Vice President for Incubation and Growth, you will have a direct line of impact on ResMed's global growth agenda, ensuring India's contributions resonate across the organization.

Let's talk about Responsibilities:


- The Growth Leader will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-sales, marketing, product development, and operations-to enhance market presence, develop new business verticals, and drive revenue growth.


- Key responsibilities include formulating market-entry strategies, building strategic partnerships, exploring untapped healthcare segments, analyzing competitive landscapes, and optimizing sales channels to meet and exceed business targets in India.


- Will be responsible for providing insights and performance updates to the global leadership team, ensuring that initiatives in India contribute significantly to the company's overall growth and innovation strategy.

- Collaboration with global and regional leadership will be key to leveraging India's market potential in line with ResMed's long-term business objectives.

Let's talk about you:

- MBA from a top-tier institution (e.g., IIM or equivalent), with a strong foundation in finance, business strategy, or a related discipline.

- Minimum 12 years of experience with a strong background in Sales, Business Development or Marketing leadership, particularly within healthcare or technology sectors.

- The candidate should have the strategic insight and leadership skills needed to drive significant growth initiatives in a complex and competitive market like India.

- A track record of driving business growth, market expansion, and developing new verticals in complex markets like India.

- Experience developing new business verticals and strong analytical and strategic thinking skills will be essential.

- Ability to navigate complex, dynamic markets, and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape in India, will further distinguish successful candidates.
