IT Analyst - Linux/Windows OS (6-8 yrs)

Desired Skills :

1. Understanding on technical and functional aspects of business.

2. Responsible for application up time & incident management for defined IT applications.

3. Have experience to deploy applications running under LINUX /Windows OS, including configuration, troubleshooting, and automation.

4. Must know shell scripting, dos batch commands.

5. Hands on experience Apache Tomcat, IIS, JBOSS, Java script, PL/SQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle. AWS Cloud

6. Co-ordinating with different teams to Identifying the root causes of incidents in order to prevent future recurrence

7. Monitor applications & databases for system behavior and analyze performance, Errors / Alerts / Notifications, database connections / blocking processes & resolve issues.

8. Responsible for deployment & movement of application code / bug fixes / data patches and release management in Production, SIT and UAT environments in coordination with vendors

9. Deployment of software applications and tools.

Work Experience :

1. 6 to 7 years' experience in supporting production applications in a high-volume and critical environment.

2. Hands on experience in the area of installation, configuration, monitoring and management of Applications & Databases in Linux & Windows.
