Roles and Responsibility

• Manage the complete IT Asset Procurement Process
• Suggest Improvements and cost-effective measures for the department
• PO management of IT Assets as per requirement from location/Branch or central IT team
• Manage the IT Infra management of New and upcoming office setup (IT asset sizing and Asset procurement)
• Manage the entire life cycle of Procurement i.e. Goods received and Bill passing in coordination with Vendors and local Admin team.
• Manage the IT Asset allocation, Stock management and distribution
• Manage IT Budget
• Coordinating with Vendors related to Pricing and Stock and Invoice related activities.
• Generate and provide various reports pertaining to Audit requirements
