• Responsible for the all Assets like IT and Non IT (General Office Assets) for PAN India location
• Responsible for the all moveable & unmovable asset management & asset Tagging.
• Management of hardware acquisition, maintenance, AMC renewals, hardware management life cycle
• Responsible maintaining a system to track hardware usage
• Tracking and maintaining an accurate inventory of assets throughout their life cycle
  Auditing, validating, and reconciling hardware against the installed asset base
• Develops asset and audit management standards and practices to monitor accountability identification, maintenance, location, and contracts.
• Planning for the population of the asset database
• Managing the asset database
• Identifying opportunities to fully utilize unused or partially assets
• Defining metrics, collecting data, and reporting on the effectiveness of asset management processes
• Conducts regular asset audits to ensure compliance throughout the organization and report of usage
• Owns responsibility for tracking all assets within the organization
• Involved in the IT Asset related activities, daily operations, service requests, end user
• Analysis of Weekly allocation/release/procurement & other reports with all manager
• Raising request for procurement with team as per projections or as per project requirement.
• Movement/Release/Stores report as per the standard laid process & updating the same in weekly
• Materials Management: Stock & Stores Management, Material tracking, material Inward/
• Outward (Returnable/Non-Returnable). Keeping up-to-date records
• Keeping track of all assets, which need to be required.
• Asset Documentation: Asset inventory Management & Documentation of Purchase Order, GRIN,
• Returnable or Non-Returnable
• Asset Warranty& AMC Documentation: Keeping Track of Warranty status for Hardware and
• Software. Track of all AMC systems, Monitors, Laptops,Air conditions etc. prepared data of All AMC machines & updating on time to time.
