• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  
• Coordinate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in Branch Operations or related field (BFSI).
  
• Strong understanding of Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Handling principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
