Job Description Branch Operations Senior Associate

Purpose of the Job:

To ensure customer service and support all backend operation like NB, PS, Accounts Revival, and Lead Generation and to track & increase Persistency and Revival UW.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship and Services
• New Business Processing
• Policy Servicing
• Claims
• Documentation
• Business Retention
• Persistency/Revival
• Lead Generations

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Academic Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
• Age: 21 years-35 Years
• Work Experience:1-2 years of experience in Sales, operations, customer service, preferably from Insurance or Banking sector.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and etc.)
