What are we looking for?

L&D functional purpose: Develop workforce capability aligned to strategic needs of HDFC Life through enterprise-wide learning. Job purpose: Work individually or lead project teams that design & develop learning programs.

What does the job entails?

• Be aware of the audience and their job roles as well as those of trainers. • Knowledge of L&D organizational plans and how it dovetails with the job areas of the audience. • Be aware on local learning flavors and requirements • Gain perspective of how HO strategy can be blended with regional requirements and cascade feedback to central teams periodically Expertise on Financial services, Insurance and facilitation skills

Work Experience

6-8 years work experience in training development, especially in elearning/online training domain (with involvement in developing creative training content for example, scenarios, stories, games,animations, etc)

Essential Qualification

Graduate Processes for development of courseware for different training mediums (especially, web-based training) • Exposure to and awareness of industry-accepted standards for training design, development and delivery • Familiarity with use of authoring tools or review of courses

Preferred Skills

• Creative thinking and ability to visualize • Attention to detail • Strong Instructional Design skills • Ability to write in a simple, crisp and engaging manner without compromising the technical correctness of the content •Strong editing skills • Committed to continuous professional development • Ability to script engaging content for different types of instructional design - scenario-based, game-based, story-based, short animations, learning nuggets etc
