HDFC Life, in collaboration with Manipal Academy of BFSI, offers the Smart Achievers Program for individuals seeking a career that makes a difference.  

Program Highlights

1. Virtual Training: 4 months in the Virtual Learning Classroom (VLC).

2. On-the-Job Training: 2 months at an HDFC Life branch (stipend: ₹5,000/month).

3. Internship: 6 months at an HDFC Life branch (stipend: ₹20,000/month).  

Program Benefits:

- Become an HDFC Life employee upon completion.  

- Earn ₹4 LPA (salary + incentives).
