We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager with 8 to 12 years of professional experience to lead and oversee the human resources function within our organization.The ideal candidate will excel in talent Management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and aligning HR strategies to support our technology-driven organizational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT industrys unique challenges, including employee retention, upskilling, and fostering innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
Design and implement HR strategies that align with the organizations goals and business objectives.
Collaborate with leadership to shape a high-performance culture that fosters innovation and teamwork.
Drive organizational development initiatives, including change management and digital transformation.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract best talent for diverse roles (engineering, development, support, etc.).
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to address current and future technical skill requirements.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast short-term and long-term talent needs based on business goals and market trends.
Employee Relations:
Develop initiatives to retain high-performing employees, such as mentorship programs, wellness benefits, and career progression plans.
Promote an inclusive workplace that values diversity and fosters collaboration.
Develop and communicate a well-defined grievance handling policy outlining the process, timelines, and escalation hierarchy.
Work with managers, Team Leads, Management and employees to improve productivity and retention.
Lead initiatives to improve employee retention and reduce Attrition within competitive IT job markets.
Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts promptly and professionally.
Performance & Career Management:
Oversee the implementation of performance management frameworks specific to the IT sector, such as OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
Guide managers on employee assessments, skill gap analyses, and succession planning.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and career growth through mentorship and coaching programs.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
Foster an engaging work environment that reflects IT employees need for flexibility, creativity, and autonomy.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
Conduct regular surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
Compliance & Policy Management:
Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and other legalities.
Develop policies for remote work, hybrid models.
Regularly audit and update policies to align with evolving legal and industry standards.
HR Analytics & Automation:
Utilize HR analytics and presentation in forms of dashboards to track key metrics and showcase the same to Senior Management in form of weekly and monthly reports.
Presentation of HR Deck to monitor progress and Reporting.
Leverage HRMS and ATS to Automate and streamline HR operations.
Monitor industry trends to adopt best practices in IT workforce management.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Foster a collaborative and cohesive team environment to achieve HR and organizational goals.
Assign responsibilities and optimize team resources to manage priorities and deliverables efficiently.
Set clear objectives, monitor team performance, and provide constructive feedback to ensure accountability.
Track Work performance of the team members based on predetermined KPIs and KRAs
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, a master’s degree is preferred.
8 - 12 years of experience in human resources, with at least 4 - 5 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in strategic HR planning, employee engagement, and change management.
Proficiency in HRMS, ATS & Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and Leadership skills
Stakeholder management and Inter/Intra department Coordination.
