Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
  
• Provide personalized banking solutions to meet their financial needs, including investment products, insurance, and wealth management services.
  
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for various banking products such as credit cards, loans, deposits, etc.
  
• Develop strong rapport with HNI clients through regular communication, understanding their goals, and providing tailored advice on investment options.
  
• Ensure timely resolution of client queries and issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in NRI Banking or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of NRI Services, Portfolio Management, Sales, HNI Client Handling, HNI Sales, and HNI Acquisition.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with high net worth individuals.
