Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for authorizing Video authentication requests as per internal policy, process & regulatory guidelines within stipulated timelines.
• Ensure adherence to operations process aimed at zero defect transaction processing & meeting the Audit & Compliance guidelines.
• Analyze reports, updates, errors percentage, trends, monitoring, audits check and focus on continuous improvement through feedback & process recommendations.
• Share observations & trend analysis to seniors on Video KYC Officer performance and design corrective steps to avoid repeat of error and step-up improvement plan.
• Carry out UAT testing & share feedback for new processes.
