Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue through cross-selling of products such as SME banking, term loan, working capital loans, etc.
  
• Identify new business opportunities by visiting potential customers and acquiring new accounts.
  
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and performance metrics.
