Role: Personal Banker Classic, Teller Authorizer, Personal Banker Authorizer

Responsibilities

Personal Banker:

• Ensure quality new acquisition on SA and CA for Resident/Non Resident
• Regular customer contact to establish
• Sales of various Credit Cards
• Sales of Third Party Products to the customers
• MF/Insurance/RBI Bonds
• Sales of Asset Products
• Enhancing customer wallet size
• Ensure quality customer service is delivered

Authorizer:

• Branch Administration
• Lobby Management
• Ensure quality customer service is delivered
• Ensure that the branch customers are adequately serviced
• Error free documentation for all account opening and all customer instructions
• Checking of deliverable tally register
• Resolving all complaints received (self, branch, other units) within the TATs
• Monitor lockers allocation and all other related operations
