Job Role: Junior Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Case Allocation and Coordination:
• Allocate cases to samplers or agencies for local and outstation verification.
• Coordinate with agencies, verifiers, and samplers to ensure timely completion and submission of reports.
• Proactively follow up on case progress and address any potential delays.
• Report Management:
• Collect and validate verification reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct daily checks of reports to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Perform cross-checks of reports, including those from other agencies, to maintain data integrity.
• Data Entry and Tracking:
• Update trackers and Management Information Systems (MIS) daily with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Maintain accurate records of case status and report submissions.
• Provide reporting to supervisors.
• Query Resolution and Communication:
• Coordinate with Sales Coordinators and the Credit Team to resolve queries related to case verification.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding case status and report inquiries.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with agencies, sales, and credit teams.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all verification processes adhere to established guidelines and quality standards.
• Identify and report any recurring issues or discrepancies in reports.
• Contribute to the improvement of verification processes and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Applicant should be a minimum graduate (preferably from commerce background)
• Good command in excel and email writing
• Should be able to communicate in English, Hindi and regional language
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
