- Co-ordination with sales Team and plan shipments based on customers requirement
- Preparation of Pre /Post shipment export documents Co-ordination with manufacturing sites for movement of shipment Co-ordination with freight forwarder & transporter Co-ordination with custom brokers and ensure there isn t any additional cost incurred in form of detention /demurrage
- Negotiation with Freight Forwarder for Freight rates
- Co-ordination with Freight forwarder, Transporter & Custom Broker for smooth sailing of shipment
- Preparing Certificate of Origin/IMC and GSP
- Preparing documents as per LC terms and ensuring no discrepancy
- Verification of Post shipment documents and submitting documents to banks within the stipulated time Well versed in writing email and doing correspondence with overseas customers
