- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates and proposals for various mechanical items.
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates and proposals for various mechanical items.
- Utilize Excel and AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance the estimation and proposal preparation process.
- Analyze project requirements, specifications, and drawings to determine the scope of work.
- Monitor and evaluate current metal prices for projects, ensuring up-to-date tracking of price fluctuations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
- Able to prepare and reply on TQ CQ (technical Query and commercial Query) of customer
- Develop and maintain a database of historical data for cost reference.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in estimation and proposal preparation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
