• Collaborate with software development, architecture, solutions, and QA teams to ensure systems are designed for scalability, performance, and stability.
• Drive technical excellence in software development processes and outcomes.

• Ensure timely, transparent, and appropriate communication with team members regarding organizational updates and goals.
