Job Overview:
We are looking for a confident and resilient Product Marketing Manager to join our AI &
Intelligent Operations business segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving go-
to-market (GTM) strategies, crafting compelling product messaging, and enabling our sales
teams with the tools they need to succeed. You will work cross-functionally with product, sales,
and customer success teams to ensure product launches, positioning, and marketing initiatives
are aligned with business goals and resonate with target customers. The Candidate will be joining
HCLSoftware, which is the software business division of HCLTech, fueling the Digital+
Economy by developing, sharing and supporting solutions in six key areas:
1) Business Solutions
2) AI & Intelligent Operations
3) Total Experience
4) Data & Analytics
5) Cybersecurity
6) Specialized Software

Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer
needs, market trends, and competitive positioning. Use insights to inform product
strategy and differentiation.
• Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging
that highlights our unique value propositions and differentiates our offerings from
competitors.
• Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Lead the planning and execution of GTM strategies for
new product launches and enhancements. Align with internal teams to ensure seamless
execution.
• Sales Enablement: Create and deliver sales tools, training materials, and presentations
that help the sales team effectively communicate product value and close deals.
• Digital Campaigns: Plan and manage targeted digital marketing campaigns to increase
product awareness and generate leads through various channels (email, social media,
PPC, etc.).
• Content Creation: Write and oversee the development of engaging content such as blog
posts, case studies, and whitepapers to support product promotion and thought leadership.
• Customer Presentations: Create and deliver compelling product presentations for
prospects, clients, and stakeholders to showcase the product’s capabilities and benefits.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success
teams to ensure alignment on product features, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Data-driven Decision Making: Track product performance, analyze customer feedback,
and use metrics to inform future product marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Support product development by providing marketing
input at every stage of the product lifecycle, from conception to launch to post-launch
feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or a related role, preferably in the tech or
SaaS industry.
• Proven experience in crafting product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market
strategies.
• Strong ability to translate technical product features into customer benefits.
• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, PPC,
social media).
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging content (e.g., blogs,
whitepapers, and case studies).
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills for both internal and external
audiences.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-
functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision making.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects and
meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with B2B software products, especially in the technology or cybersecurity
sectors.
• Experience in Digital Marketing strategies.
