Job Description :

• Configure and maintain Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence & Bitbucket
• Configure & Gather requirements for business processes, and determine ways to optimize/improve JIRA/Confluence/BitBucket (build and configure )
• Provide application support for JIRA and Confluence to IT the rest of the business
• Understanding of JIRA APIs and webhooks
• Support JIRA and Confluence users
• Develop custom scripts & plugins to extend functionality of atlassian tools
• Work with business users to evaluate JIRA and Confluence plug-ins, determine licensing needs, and perform testing, installation and configuration of the plug-ins
• Utilizes design skills to define JIRA workflows and the related screen schemes for complex and high impact projects
• Implement custom xml based JIRA gadgets
• Support and configure JIRA plugins as required
• Generate documentation on workflows and processes implemented in JIRA to support runbooks
• Create JIRA projects, Boards, Filters, Dashboards and set permissions
• Create Issue Types, Screens, Workflows, Custom Fields ,introducing add-ons, create or show automation rules
• Loads of Project Configuration changes, customizations when number of projects increase
• Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer callsRaising risks| issues and escalation to senior management and customerTo create all quality documents| collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities.To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards To ensure process improvement and compliance| and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents
