Soft Skills requirements

1. Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)

3. Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE (Including MS Project and Visio)
4. Should have good customer handling skills

Certification requirements:

1. VOIP
2. CCIE Certification, Comms protocols (H323 / SIP / MGCP / SCCP / other audio codecs) expert
3. Network and Voice Over IP (VoIP) design and architecture expert
4. -Kurmi Design and Implementation
5. -CCNA/CCVP

Skills required

- Network and Voice Over IP (VoIP) design and architecture expert

- Kurmi Design and Implementation

- CCNA/CCVP with mixture of skills to design, implement/test, and migrate VoIP

- SIP Transformation in the form of field trials, architecture, design, testing, migration planning,

- Trunking analysis and recommendations when integrating with UC solutions

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Design, implement & migrate VOIP & its associated services
2. Required to perform SIP Transformation for field trials, architecture, design , testing & migration planning
3. Requires a mixture of skills to design, implement, migrate and maintain communications systems that integrate Cisco voice, video and/or messaging services as well as the ability to work directly with/speak to other Vz organizations, customers and partners.
4. Strong working understanding of Cisco UC solutions, to be able to follow Methods of Procedures for execution of required services, strong communication skills and to be able to work under the direction of more senior UC delivery organizations
