Job Description

Role - Technical Support Engineer

Experience Range - 2 to 5 years
Locations - Nagpur and Pune
Shift Timings - AP, EMEA and US (EST)

Skills - We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide global customer support for the HCL Discover product. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills across Windows Server, RHEL Linux, and networking, along with a foundational understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, JavaScript, Docker, and Kubernetes. This role requires excellent communication skills in written and spoken English to effectively assist customers worldwide.
