Job Title: CSR Collaboration and Partnership (Senior Position)

Location: Shiv Nadar Foundation, Noida

Experience: 10 - 15 years

Job Overview:

The CSR Manager will be holding a senior position and will be responsible for collaborations, partnerships, and funds. The person should have deep industry knowledge, network, and ability to influence decisions. He/She will be responsible for securing funds from corporations and foundations for Shiv Nadar Foundation institutions and initiatives. The person should have existing experience and maturity to engage with key CSR leaders/CXOs. A previous experience with higher education institutions and educational initiatives will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Collaboration and Partnership:

- Identify the Shiv Nadar Foundation's higher education institution requirement

- Need analysis for the Foundation's education initiatives

- Own the revenue responsibility through CSR for Shiv Nadar Foundation Initiatives

- Develop and ideate a comprehensive CSR revenue strategy. Getting a buy-in from key stakeholders

- Manage detailed budgets and proposals

- Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CSR heads, decision-makers, and industry influencers, to secure collaborations for Foundation programs.

- Develop a sustainable pipeline of corporate partners and donors to support the Foundation's various initiatives.

Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all corporate partners and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with the Foundation's programs.

- Maintain long-term relationships with key partners to encourage repeat engagement and funding.

- Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team to identify new opportunities for collaboration and partnerships across diverse sectors.

Program and Project Collaboration:

- Partner with program heads across the Foundation to understand project needs and create compelling proposals for corporate partners.

- Provide guidance and support to project teams in aligning their initiatives with CSR objectives and donor expectations.

- Monitor and report on the impact of CSR-funded projects to demonstrate value and foster continued support.

Industry Insight and Networking:

- Stay up to date with the latest trends, regulations, and best practices within the CSR and philanthropic sectors.

- Leverage existing relationships and continuously expand the Foundation's network within the corporate and CSR ecosystem.

- Represent the Foundation at key CSR and industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance the Foundation's visibility and influence.

Proposal Development & Reporting:

- Lead the creation of high-quality, impactful proposals and presentations tailored to potential corporate partners.

- Provide detailed impact reports and donor updates, ensuring that all reporting aligns with donor expectations and highlights the success of Foundation initiatives.

- Develop and track key performance metrics related to collaboration activities, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: 10-15 years of experience in CSR collaboration and fundraising, with a proven track record in securing corporate partnerships and funding.

- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the CSR landscape, trends, regulations, and funding strategies. Strong network and connections with CSR heads, decision-makers, and corporate partners.

- Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior corporate leaders and decision-makers.

- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with the capacity to plan, execute, and evaluate long-term collaborative initiatives.

- Project Management: Experience in working across multiple programs and projects, ensuring alignment with donor priorities and impact goals.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling proposals, presentations, and reports.

- Education: Graduation and above in any discipline
