Manager - CSR (6-15 yrs)

- Strategizing and managing CSR country portfolio and CSR budget in harmony with CSR Policy and Companies Act 2013

- Leading in implementing CSR projects with focus on skill development, livelihood, education and community health in synergy with UN Sustainable Development Goal's and compliance with Companies Act.

- Collaborating and networking with State/Central Govts'/ like minded corporates/ Bilateral agencies/NGO's to create larger impact and achieve sustainability for CSR projects.

- Update, report and work closely with CSR committee

- Liaise, communicate, network and partner with relevant stakeholders including government, media and civil society organizations in addition to internal stakeholders.

- Represent the company at thought leadership forums, workshops and conferences.

- Lead and manage Employee volunteering programme

- Overall responsible for CSR budget management, conducting impact assessment studies, audit and all statutory compliance of CSR projects with respect to Companies Act. 2013

- Lead and engagement with Global Sustainability Team to do reporting, implement global social impact projects and ensure compliances.
