Job Title: Corporate HR Manager / Corporate HR Specialist
Job Summary:
The Corporate HR Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the companys business objectives. This role encompasses all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee development. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to senior management and work closely with business leaders to cultivate a positive work environment and drive employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Planning:
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy.
• Collaborate with senior management to forecast workforce needs and develop workforce plans.
• Lead initiatives for organizational development and change management.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and foster positive employee relations.
• Promote a positive work environment that supports employee satisfaction and productivity.
• Design and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.
3. Performance Management:
• Oversee the performance appraisal process and support managers in conducting evaluations.
• Work with department heads to set and track performance goals and KPIs.
• Provide guidance on coaching, career development, and performance improvement plans.
4. Compensation & Benefits:
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
• Conduct benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness of compensation packages.
• Review and update employee benefits offerings based on employee needs and market trends.
• Oversee internal HR audits and ensure proper documentation of HR practices.
• Lead efforts to create a diverse and inclusive workplace.
• Develop and implement DEI initiatives and track progress on diversity goals.
5. HR Systems & Reporting:
• Maintain HR systems (HRIS) and ensure accurate employee data management.
• Generate and analyse HR reports related to headcount, turnover, and other HR metrics.
• Monitor and analyse trends in key HR metrics to inform strategy.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a corporate HR role, preferably with 5-7 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning and organizational development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and professionalism.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive organizational change.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with talent management and succession planning.
• Familiarity with India HR practices
Work Environment:
The role may require travel between corporate offices or to various business units.
This is a full-time work from office role.
