Job Description

  • Identify and target potential clients in the residential and commercial sectors.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Maintain and update Leads Database
  • Lead generation through Channel Partner Program
  • Lead Generation of new prospective clients in the Apartments of the ongoing /closed projects
2. Sales Presentations:
  • Present and pitch our design services to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the value of our design solutions.
  • Tailor proposals to meet the specific needs of each client.
3. Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the design process.
  • Address client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Channel Partner Relationship
4. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure client needs are met.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide feedback to the design team based on client interactions.
5. Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
  • Track and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Lead generation through Digital Marketing


Qualification

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or related industries.
Strong understanding of interior design principles and the ability to communicate design concepts to clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
