Human Resource Executive

We are seeking a dynamic HR cum Admin Executive with at least 6 months of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a mix of human resources and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial HR rounds.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Address employee grievances and queries while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, including event planning and wellness activities.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth office operations.
• Assist in document preparation, filing, and record-keeping for HR and administrative purposes.
• Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for employees as needed.
• Coordinate with different departments for seamless administrative support.
• Maintain the office environment, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
• Support basic accounting tasks like invoice processing and expense tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 months of experience in an HR or administrative role.
• Basic understanding of HR processes, payroll, and compliance policies.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail.
