Showroom Coordinator (On Third Party)

Role & responsibilities

• Executes marketing events and initiatives to ensure world class customer experience which aligns with corporate branding at Haworth Headquarters, to project the best brand image in the market. Coordination of client visits for an enriched brand experience.
• Support the Sales Managers by collaborating with the local sales and brand marketing teams to
• provide them with a platform to build relationships and knowledge of Haworth products in their respective markets.
• Implementation of marketing plans for overall Haworth client experience, utilizing best practices from both business and hospitality perspectives, to ensure client experience is successful.
• Serve as the local Brand Ambassador to implement regional marketing activities, brand collateral and events as part of the larger brand campaigns and sub-regional account initiatives.
• Implements the regional marketing strategy to drive qualified customer engagements at Haworth.
• Align and drive initiatives in alignment with the quarterly marketing calendar within the local market.
• Execute local events, including space booking, catering, entertainment, event announcements, gifts and invite lists.
• Maintain the showroom so it is in line with the corporate brand standard, including inventory management, showroom maintenance and product mock-ups to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Assist showroom visitors by conducting showroom tours and attending to enquiries and requests.
• Maintain and periodically update the stakeholders database to ensure all contacts are up to date.
• Overseeing and review of vendor contracts, including ground transportation and other necessary contracted services and overseeing the management of dining/catering to ensure services provided meet or exceed requirements and are cost effective.
• Ensures adherence to Haworth standards in meeting client expectations during events, resulting in positive experience that supports moving sales process forward.
• Manage E-commerce sales for respective market and support in meeting all India targets
