Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
- Design and oversee employee training and development programs
- Administer compensation and benefits programs

- Oversee performance management processes

Required:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR management roles
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
- Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
Preferred:
- Master s degree in HR or MBA
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification
- Experience in the tech industry
- Knowledge of talent management in a global context
- Familiarity with data analytics and HR metrics
- Experience with change management and organizational development
