Primary Job Responsibilities :

Product Analysis & Optimization:

- Analyze product performance metrics (usage, revenue, client feedback) to inform product decisions.

- Conduct deep dives into product data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.

- Collaborate with product managers to prioritize product features based on data-driven findings and market demand.

Market & Competitive Research:

- Conduct competitive analysis to assess market trends, benchmark AstaGuru Prive Wealth's offerings, and identify areas for improvement or new opportunities.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in wealth management and alternative investments.

Data-Driven Reporting & Insights:

- Design and produce regular reports for senior leadership on product performance and key KPIs (such as user engagement, retention, and conversion metrics).

- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve product offerings and client experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with product managers, marketing, design, and development teams to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables.

- Support user testing and feedback sessions, contributing insights to refine product features and user experience.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Gather and synthesize client feedback to identify product improvements and new feature opportunities.

- Help define and track key success metrics and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.

Qualifications Required:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, or product management certifications) are a plus.

- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the art and collectibles market, including trends, valuation, and client dynamics.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

Experience: 3-6 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar data-driven role within the wealth management, financial services.

1. Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge of A/B testing, product analytics tools, and other quantitative methods.
