• Store Hygiene
• Planogram/In-store Display
• Responsible for Sales Advisor productivity
• Sell out per Sales Advisor
• Sales Advisor Training
• Responsible for Store Marketing
• Implementing National Trade & Marketing plans
• Ensure Display integrity
• Device local programs for increasing foot falls
• Looking for candidates who have handled franchisee operations and or retail business development; having handled area or multiple stores for min 1 years in organized Retail with retail companies in Apparel and Lifestyle/ Fashion/ Footwear/ CDIT companies like – Samsung/ LG/ Reliance retail / ABRL / Raymond/ Adidas/ Reebok and new age retail companies like Titan/ Lenskart/ Jockey/ etc. Candidates from Telecom Retail can also be considered (Vodafone/ Airtel only).
