Care Taker - Sports Academy

Job Purpose:

To ensure the well-being, safety, and disciplined lifestyle of academy students while managing day-to-day administrative operations to support the smooth functioning of the sports academy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the students' daily routines, ensuring their safety, discipline, and well-being.
• Address student concerns, resolve minor issues, and escalate serious matters to the management.
• Supervise dormitory arrangements, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness.
• Administer basic first aid and coordinate with medical professionals for emergencies or scheduled health check-ups.
• Educate students on hygiene, safety practices, and injury prevention.
• Supervise recreational and study schedules during non-training hours.
• Maintain attendance records, including daily check-ins, training schedules, and activity logs.
• Handle routine correspondence and communications with parents, guardians, and academy staff.
• Ensure compliance with academy policies and procedures across all operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Any Degree.
• Experience: Prior experience in caretaking, hostel management, or administrative roles, preferably in an educational or sports institution.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications like MS Office and record management systems.
