Sr. Executive -

1. Materials Consumption collecting from location and cross checking every month

2. MIF creating every month and taking approval from HO for materials procurement

3. Coordinating with WH team for materials issuing to all locations

4. Vendor Management

5. PO & Receipt creating in ERP for CATV & ISP vendors

6. Preparing for payment issuing for Local vendors & Corporate vendors

7. Coordinating with finance team for vendor payment related issues

8. Consumption report cross check and approving in MI portal (Area Manager)

9. PV audit stock approving in PV Aap every month

10. Coordinate with finance team for Class-A faulty materials sending to WH and repaired materials sending to field

11. Giving confirmation to finance team about cost variation of cabling charges & maintenance material charges

12. New vendor registration

13. Coordinating with locators for consumption posting within the time frame in MI portal
