Executive/ Senior Executive - Accounts Payable

Role & responsibilities:

Payments

• Regular payments of Telephone and Broadband Bills, Electricity Payments, Vendor Bills, Purchase Bills
• Follow Up for Bills and Supporting
• Checking of respective quotes
• Verification of Invoices as per PO and Approvals
• Preparation of monthly rental sheet and release of payments

Statutory Compliances

• Update vendors GSTIN in the books of Accounts and bank account details
• Taking GST Input entries in Books of Accounts
• Verification of GST Invoices
• Payments of Property Taxes across all locations
• Monthwise Proper documentation of GST Input Invoices Vendor wise
• Renewal of Vehicle Insurance Policies
• TDS Entries in Books of Accounts

Internal Audit

• Coordinating with the Auditors in coordination with the department Head.
• Implementing the changes as per the feedback of the Auditor / department Head.

Miscellaneous

• Preparation of MIS Reports on Monthly basis Vendor wise
• Preparation of AMC statements across all centers
• Reconciliation of Creditors / Vendors
• Preparation of HO payments and payment master
• Preparation of Work/Purchase Order
• Preparation and Verification of Channel Claim Statement

Preferred candidate profile:

• Relevant experience of 5-10 years
• B.Com Graduate. M.Com preferred
• Good communication skills
