Key Responsibilities :

- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Project Management : Manage end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition to model deployment.

- Model Development : Develop, train, and deploy predictive models for risk assessment, portfolio optimization, and market forecasting.

- Data Analysis : Conduct in-depth data analysis using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.

- Algorithmic Trading : Design, implement, and optimize algorithmic trading strategies.

- Cloud Technologies : Leverage cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for scalable data processing and model deployment.

- Communication : Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Deep understanding of machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.

- Strong programming skills in Python, including libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.

- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms.

Qualifications :
