Job Overview:
- Hatchtra Innotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for some new teammates to join and contribute to our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment and a passion for attracting top-tier technical talent.
- You will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for various IT roles, work closely with hiring managers, and lead a team of recruiters to enhance our talent acquisition efforts.
- The candidate must also have strong capability to work as individual contributor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement tailored recruitment strategies that align with the technical needs of our organization, focusing on emerging technologies and skill sets.
- Client Coordination: Serve as the main liaison for hiring managers, ensuring a clear understanding of job specifications, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines for IT roles.
- Talent Sourcing: Employ diverse sourcing methods, including job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, technical forums, and networking events, to identify and engage high-caliber IT candidates.
- Interview Process: Oversee the interview process, coordinating schedules, conducting technical interviews, and providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of junior recruiters, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages best practices in IT recruitment.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive hiring practices to refine recruitment strategies and strengthen employer branding.
- Reporting: Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment process by ensuring clear communication and constructive feedback.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a solid understanding of various technical roles and competencies.
- Proven experience in client management and relationship building within the IT sector. (For AM/LEAD)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess recruitment data and drive decisions.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
