Technical Lead - Java/Spring Boot (4-6 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Spring Boot Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Java development with a strong focus on Spring Boot. As a Tech Lead, you will play a critical role in leading and mentoring a team of developers, architecting solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities :

• Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring best practices, code quality, and on-time project delivery.
• SystemArchitecture : Collaborate with architects to design and implement scalable and maintainable software systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Development : Write high-quality code and review code contributed by team members, actively participating in software development tasks.
• Mentorship : Mentor and train junior developers, fostering their growth and development within the team.
• Project Management : Collaborate with project managers to plan and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
• CodeReviews : Perform regular code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshooting : Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and provide technical support to the team as needed.
• Documentation : Ensure proper documentation of code, architecture, and technical solutions for future reference.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and product management, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Innovation : Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend the adoption of new tools and practices to improve development processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4-6 years of professional experience in Java development with a strong focus on Spring Boot.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in database design and SQL.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in Java and Spring Boot are a plus.
