Java Developer - Spring Boot (5-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain Java-based backend systems using Java Microservices and Spring Boot.

- Design, implement, and manage scalable, high-availability backend systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design technical solutions.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide performance optimizations, and ensure the highest quality of software.

- Work with NoSQL databases (experience with databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, or similar is a plus).

- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and tools relevant to Java development and microservices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6-9 years of hands-on experience in Java development with strong proficiency in Java 8+.

- Proven experience in Java Microservices architecture and Spring Boot.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.

- Experience with version control tools such as Git.

- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).

- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) is a plus.

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

- Good understanding of Agile software development methodologies.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
