Job Description

As the security site lead for India, you ll be responsible for expanding the security organization in India to partner closely with the local teams in Research and Development (R&D) and the rest of the business. You will partner closely with the site lead for R&D and ensure we are providing ample coverage and direction to teams in India.

In this role, you can expect to:

Build and lead teams of high-performing security engineers developing solutions focused on all aspects of security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
Develop roadmaps, track progress, and evaluate team / functions performance
Provide mentorship, support, and career development opportunities for team members and enable the team to scale
Be a subject matter authority and have strategic influence
Identify techniques and solutions to constantly improve and mature security capabilities to protect our company, products & services and customers data
Assist CSO & other leadership to develop strategic plans and long-term roadmaps
Partner with other engineering teams to address challenges related to security initiatives

Must-Have Qualifications

10+ years of work experience in software or security engineering, including 5+ years of proven hands-on technical management experience of security engineers and engineering managers
Experience in application security, cloud security, threat detection, incident response or a related field
Ability to prioritize and track multiple projects in parallel
Experience building out high performing security teams
