IT-Sales Executive (Hospital Management Software)

Role & responsibilities

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities by conducting market research and cold calling.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Field Sales and Client Meetings:
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present and promote our IT services, including ERP solutions and other digital offerings.
• Understand client needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly to effectively communicate the value of our services.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns.
• Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
• Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the benefits and features of our IT services.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns to attract new clients.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and effective delivery of services and solutions.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Market Research and Strategy:
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback and insights to the sales and product development teams to help refine service offerings.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduation/ Post Graduation degree.
• Any experience of sales in the Hospital Management Software. Direct Sales experience would be preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Other languages would be an added advantage)
• Must Computer Knowledge
• Adaptability to a fast-paced and changing sales environment.
