Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MIS reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for hospital management.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to healthcare information systems.
  
• Manage day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless delivery of services to users.
  
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of Hospital Information Systems (HIS), including hardware, software, and network configurations.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in IT operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in IT management or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of HIS, IT operations, MIS reporting, and hospital management principles.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  
• Effective communication skills with ability to work closely with stakeholders across various departments.
