To enhance our logistics efficiency, were looking for a Shipping & Cost Optimization Specialist to streamline shipping expenses and manage order fulfillment.

Role & Responsibilities

🔹 Shipping Cost Optimization Identify cost-saving opportunities by analyzing shipping trends and negotiating better rates with logistics partners.
🔹 Order Shipment Management Ensure smooth, on-time dispatches for both domestic and international orders.
🔹 Vendor Coordination – Work with multiple logistics providers to compare pricing, service levels, and delivery times to optimize costs.
🔹 Dispute Resolution – Monitor weight discrepancies, overcharges, and incorrect billings, and proactively raise disputes.
🔹 Data Analysis & Reporting – Maintain shipping records, track cost efficiency, and provide insights to reduce expenses.
🔹 Process Improvement – Continuously enhance order fulfillment processes to improve speed, reduce errors, and increase customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Proven experience (3+ years) in eCommerce logistics & shipping management.
✅ Strong negotiation skills to secure the best shipping rates and resolve billing discrepancies.
✅ Ability to analyze shipping costs & optimize expense allocation.
✅ Hands-on experience in order fulfillment & last-mile delivery tracking.
✅ Proficiency in logistics software & data-driven decision-making.
✅ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
