Key Responsibilities:

Techno Domain Expertise & Understanding: Techno Commercial Role

Provide domain and technical knowledge for Telecom Industry around various communication technologies including Telco Network Mngt, 5G, RAN, Voice Video Solutions, Telco Smart Solutions etc
Translate deep industry knowledge into actionable insights to enhance the relevance of solutions and drive customer adoption

Customer Requirement Analysis:

Analyze customer requirements, competitors, market trends, and industry standards, ensuring offerings evolve to meet the demands of target markets and remain competitive.
Continuously align solution, frameworks and service offerings with customer expectations to improve domain relevance.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Gather, analyze, and define requirements from business units, working closely with multiple stakeholders to refine and implement solutions that meet customer objectives.
Facilitate communication among stakeholders at every stage to ensure that all needs are addressed with appropriate technical solutions.

Customer Pain-Points to Solutions:

Work closely with sales to initiate proactive proposals; account penetration and support in terms of generating healthy funnel/pipeline; Track Pipeline and make sure he should provide research lead intel to sales to continuous hunting/penetrating
Identify and translate customer pain points and expectations into tailored solutions using data-driven approaches
Focus on solving specific industry challenges using HARMAN Solutions and services.

Industrial Experience & Influence:

Leverage substantial experience in industrial product and service offerings to influence decision-makers and grow the business.
Utilize knowledge of data management, Data/AI/ML, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity to propose innovative and efficient solutions.

Strategic Solutions Articulation and quick proposal/pitch turn around:

Develop comprehensive strategies, plans, and solutions that address customer needs, often with limited information and under tight deadlines.
Use infographics, diagrams, and other engagement techniques to clearly communicate solutions and keep customers interested.

Experience Requirements:

Large-scale Deals & Transformations:

Proven experience working with large-scale deals and leading digital transformation initiatives across Telecom/Comms
Techno-functional knowledge of industry-specific solutions and trends.

Deal Formulation & Management:

Expertise in formulating, negotiating, and managing deals throughout their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer objectives.

Knowledge of Cutting-edge Technologies:

Strong understanding of cloud, AI/ML, IoT, automation, and cybersecurity solutions and their application in consumer-facing industries.

Product Development & Industry Standards:

Familiarity with industry standards, and experience with the development and deployment of products, platforms, solutions.

Communication & Status Reporting:

Demonstrated ability to communicate complex solutions effectively to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and clarity of status.

Qualifications:

10+ years of Industry experience

Presentation & Communication:

Outstanding presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex solutions in a clear and client-friendly manner.

Problem-solving & Creativity:

Strong ability to develop creative, client-pleasing solutions to complex business problems using data-driven strategies.

Proposal Development:

Experience in preparing proposals, responses, and contracts for large-scale business deals, with a focus on developing competitive and comprehensive solutions.

Solution Design Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of Solution and Integration Design , with an understanding of how to design scalable and flexible solutions.

Multitasking & Prioritization:

Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with stakeholders.
