General Manager Accounts And Finance

We are hiring for General Manager - Finance & Accounts at our corporate office, Kalina, Santacruz East:

Financial Management:

• Oversee the SAP /ERP Functionality for the Accounts, Develop Control / Reports
• Manage cash flow and working capital
• Develop and monitor budgets
• MIS reporting
• Internal Audit & Control
• Head Taxation Department (Direct & Indirect)
• Ensure Timely updating of Accounts of Directors, Group Company

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards & Resolve Audit Queries
• Provide financial analysis to management

Budget / Cost Control:

• Implement cost-saving measures
• Monitor inventory and supply chain costs
• Head the Costing Department

Financial Planning:

• Assist in strategic planning and forecasting to Directors
• Evaluate investment opportunities
• Support pricing decisions

Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate financial risks
• Manage insurance and financial compliance
• Oversee internal financial controls
• Manufacturing Industries, Preferably from Pharma / chemical/paints
• Good working knowledge of SAP HANA (FICO Module, Project System)

Preferred candidate profile :

Education: Chartered Accountant

Experience : 10-15years of experience in Pharma or Manufacturing or chemical Industry is mandatory

Skill requires: SAP HANA
